A chair that combines functionality and playfulness through the repetition of the drawer, an element that makes up the furniture.

Description

A representative work of Shiro Kuramata’s early works. This chair was one of the first to be produced independently, rather than as a client work, and was created in collaboration with a woodworker to create a chair that was not bound by established furniture designs. By configuring the drawers repeatedly, there is the possibility of infinite spatial expansion. Although the drawers are functional, they also have a playful feel that allows you to store your dreams.
